Deposits & Payments

Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section, choose your preferred channel — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. The system will process your request and send the funds to your registered payment account. Make sure the mobile number or bank account you are withdrawing to matches your registered details.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, often completing within a few minutes to a couple of hours. Raast transfers follow standard domestic interbank timings. Withdrawals can be held temporarily for a routine security review, especially if it is your first withdrawal or if there has been unusual activity on the account. Yes. Live betting — also called in-play betting — is available on PSL and T20 matches, as well as other qualifying Cricket fixtures. Odds update in real time as the match progresses. You need to be logged in with a funded account to access live markets. Head to the Betting section during a live match to see available in-play options.

Winnings are calculated as your stake multiplied by the decimal odds at the time you placed the bet. Settlement happens once the match or event result is officially confirmed. For Cricket, dona55 uses the official match result including DLS adjustments where applicable. Once settled, winnings appear in your PKR balance immediately and are available to bet or withdraw.

If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for an official result, most bets are voided and your stake is returned to your PKR balance. If enough overs were bowled for a result to stand — including via the DLS method — bets are settled on that result. The specific rules are outlined in the Terms and Conditions on the Terms page.
